The Legion of Mary is a worldwide organisation for all catholic lay people, male and female, married and single, of all ages and from all walks of life. It's members place themselves at the disposal of Our Blessed Lady so that through them she can extend her motherhood to all of mankind.

The Legion of Mary is directly involved in evangelisation, through the practise of their faith.
